Quené Forée
Quené Forée is the of author of Spiritually LIT
and the host of the Spiritually LIT retreat.
Her mission is to encourage others to identify their souls purpose and walk along THEIR Spiritually LIT path. She considers herself a lighthouse and her expressions of love are delivered in many creative forms including, hosting the P's and Q's Podcast
about Spirituality, keynote speaking, mentoring and coaching many other light beings. In 2021 Quené found herself in a very dark, sad place in her life.
It was during this time that she attended a retreat in Tulum that helped her release the dense energy
inside of her and have a major breakthrough into
her purpose. It's from this place of understanding
that she received the divine download that inspired this retreat. It is Quené's intention to pay it forward and be the conduit for others who are in need
of healing and a major breakthrough.
